Mexico says no…

Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray

I came across this article in USA Today where the Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray recently stated that Mexico will “vigorously fight U.S. mass deportations of undocumented immigrants back to Mexico…”

I gave me great pleasure to read this article because of its humorous overtones. This one especially had me laughing:

“I want to make clear, in the most emphatic way, that the government of Mexico and the Mexican people do not have to accept measures that, in a unilateral way, one government wants to impose on another,” Videgary said.”

We’re not imposing any measures on your government. We’re simply getting rid of the trash, the criminals, the miscreants, and the unwanted…first. You can have them back because they are not welcomed here. There are 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. today, most of them from Mexico and this jokester thinks we’re not going to start sending the worst of the worst back? I believe Donald Trump and the United States will have something to say about this.

Let’s set the record straight up front. I am not against legal immigration. If it weren’t for immigration, none of us (except for the American Indians) would even be here. The country was founded by immigrants. However, there has to be a due process and it has to be monitored and regulated. If the United Stated treated illegal immigrants like Mexico treats illegal immigrants, the world would be completely against us.

I’m working myself to death trying to provide for my family, paying outrageous prices for health care, and spending bread money to ensure my children have a solid education. But illegals can come into this country and get free health care, get a driver’s license, and in some cases get free in-state tuition to select state colleges and universities. According to one recent report, “Illegal immigration costs U.S. taxpayers about $113 billion a year at the federal, state and local level. The bulk of the costs — some $84 billion — are absorbed by state and local governments.” I don’t know about you folks but I’m feeling some of that pain.

We need to beef up border security by putting more boots on the ground. The Federal government should withdraw some of those troops that are getting killed everyday overseas and bring them home and put them on the southern border. That would cut down on illegal immigration drastically and would reduce the chance of deported illegals from returning. If an illegal alien comes into this country and commits a crime, like the four committed in the Massachusetts Gang Rape, should not be held in a U.S. Prison if convicted. They should be shot. Why should they be a continuous burden on U.S. Taxpayers? Why should we have to pay to keep them alive? What reward do they get for brutally raping that woman and beating her boyfriend half to death? We should keep them in prison and feed them three squares a day? I think not. I’m for putting them in prison, but we don’t have to feed them. Give them the option of sucking on the business end of a 9MM or let their families pay for their food and provisions for the rest of their life. Or send them back to where they came from and tell them that if we see them in the U.S. again, we’ll shoot on site–no questions asked.

So in the end, the Mexicans don’t want their criminals back. Thankfully, it’s not up to them. To be fair, the Democrats don’t want to see them go either. If we deported them all, the liberals would definitely lose the popular vote.
